What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?
Referrals. Happy clients, happy agent! I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t take care of my clients and they didn’t refer me to everyone they know as an agent that knows the business and has their back. When your clients have a great experience working with you, they will help you to expand your database by “word of mouth”…just like in any other business.
When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?
When I started making the office top 10 lists all the time and the entire company top 50 monthly lists…I knew something special was happening. I celebrate by putting together gift baskets for my clients unique to their styles. I enjoy doing for others and seeing them happy to have made it through what could’ve been a stressful time made easier by having a “friend” see them through the process & come out on the other side with a big smile… that’s a celebration for me!
How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?
Just reminding your friends and clients that you can help find them their home, sell their house or see them through an investment opportunity by posting consistently about what you’re working on.
