What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 18 years old. I started multiple companies in different industries. Failed, succeeded, sold some of them. Eventually I fell in love in Real Estate when I was 27 years old. What inspired me is the difference I can make with my clients. It’s the largest investment in their lives that I can be a part of. I motivate myself to keep going because of my team that we have built. Great culture overall.
Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?
The main thing that allowed me to expand so quick is my team motivating me.
What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?
Social media is what made my company most profitable.
When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?
I don’t feel that I am there yet.
Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?
I cannot think of any.
What should other real estate entrepreneurs reading this be focusing on to expand their own business?
Focus on staying relevant. Be up to date with social media, technology and always always follow up with clients, friends and family.
How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?
Yes, a good amount. Almost all of it.
How did you build your team?
Through referrals from friends and colleagues.
How did you become a good leader?
Focus on your people. You are only as strong as your weakest link.
Did You Experience Failures? If So, What Did You Learn From Them?
A good amount. Mainly from my previous companies I have started.
What do you consider the main differences between those people who have been successful in your industry and those who have failed?
They quit too early. The only way to fail is to quit.
What’s Your Approach To Marketing?
Just staying relevant and staying consistent on whatever marketing you decide to focus on. Start with 1 or 2 marketing and stay consistent. The moment you can leverage that marketing time you spent to an assistant or marketing specialist, then move on to the next marketing project. But consistency is key into anything.
