What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

 

My inspiration was me trying to purchase my own home and having 3 failed transactions with no real explanation as to why. It pushed me to get into real estate because I had one goal which was to buy a house. I was determined to reach that goal. So I went to real estate school to learn the process inside and out. My first ever transaction closed as a real estate agent was my very first house.

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

 

The main thing that allowed me to expand my business is leverage the talents of other people. When I was a solopreneur real estate was hard. However once I started hiring people to do things that was in their zone of genius my job got a lot easier. That also allowed me to focus in on my zone of genius, create, and revenue generate.

 


 

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

 

The most important aspect of my business is systems and customer relations. You business is nothing without systems. It will soon fail if the right systems are not in place. Customer relations are also just as important. You must cultivate meaningful relationships with your clientle. They are not just clients. They are family.

 


 

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

 

I think I realized it maybe this year 2021. Around March. March was my first 6 figure net income month. At that time I was like “wait did I just make 6 figures in 30 days??? OH yeah! I made it!” lol I felt really good. Almost unreal, Like I didn’t believe it was me. Like I was actually doing this.

Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?

 

Hired an assistant!

 


 

What should other real estate entrepreneurs reading this be focusing on to expand their own business?

 

Focus on your systems, leveraging people, and your customer service.

 


 

How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?

 

Social media is what really built my real estate business, and still building it.

How did you build your team?

 

I was super afraid to start my team. Honestly a team was never apart of my goal. I just wanted to be a top producing real estate agent. That then turned into a top producing team. I built my team based off of demand. I was in high demand but it was only one me. I need to leverage people to do the same thing I do, it multiple different places. I put out a instagram and facebook hiring ad and the team grew

 


 

How did you become a good leader?

 

I would like to say I became a good leader from being lead and taking classes.

 


 

Did You Experience Failures? If So, What Did You Learn From Them?

 

Oh of course. I wouldn’t call them failures. I would call them lessons. The number one thing I learned is you can’t be in business and be nice! You must take the emotion out of it.

 


 

What do you consider the main differences between those people who have been successful in your industry and those who have failed?

 

The main difference I would say is passion, patience, self discipline, and self control.

 


 

What’s Your Approach To Marketing?

 

To marketing? My approach to marketing is transparency, honesty, and energy.
