What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

 

I knew real estate was my calling when I saw my interest in it quickly turned into a passion. I went in search of a hobby and decided to get my real estate license. Fast forward, I fell in love with this new hobby and it began to consume my life. Eventually, the day came and I took a leap of faith because I knew real estate was my calling.

I knew to truly succeed at anything you really need to be all-in every single day. There will be good days and bad days, but the most important thing is to keep going.

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

 

The main thing that has helped me expand my business is leveraging the expertise of others. I hired an assistant and marketing expert which, allowed me to free up my time and focus mainly on lead generation.
Social Media has been a great platform as well. I’ve been able to connect with clients, provide valuable content and demonstrate how I conduct my business.

 


 

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

 

The relationship you build with your current and past clients is one of the best ways to expand your business. I live by the golden rule of life “treat others how you want to be treated”.

 


 

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

 

Even when I exceed my quarter goals I don’t consider that successful. There’s always more to be done, that’s why I love Real Estate, the sky is the limit! My success is measured by the number of lives I have helped and changed for the better.

Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?

 

I wouldn’t change a thing, I’ve learned and grown along the way and that’s what matters.

 


 

What should other real estate entrepreneurs reading this be focusing on to expand their own business?

 

In order to expand your business it’s important to take time to reflect every quarter. Being a team player, helping other agents out, and being knowledgable. Never stop learning!

Social media is a blessing. It’s the best and most authentic way to connect with people. It gives me an opportunity to showcase my true self and the way I conduct business. If its used properly this platform is unbeatable.

Those who have been successful never gave up. In this industry its very easy to give up, but if your persistent and do the work all else follows.
