What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

I have a live for getting a deal together! It’s what motivates me! I also truly love my clients.

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

Being on TV and Instagram.

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

Repeat clients.

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

The very first year! I made rookie of the year. I hit my five year goal at year one. 

Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?

Nothing. I could have not had Children I guess. 

How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?

Constant business and leads coming in! And it’s free. 

How did you build your team?

I hired family and friends, some are even fans of mine that recently got licensed. 

How did you become a good leader?

Training, mentoring and motivating my team. 

What do you consider the main differences between those people who have been successful in your industry and those who have failed?

Most people have put 110% in to their careers.

What’s Your Approach To Marketing?

I need to market better than my competition, I also have a huge social media following. It’s hard to compete with me in my market ( Minneapolis).
