How We Create Top Lists

PropertySpark does not accept payments or incentives for being on our top lists

Our researchers go through thousands of agents by searching hashtags, review sites, social media profiles and real estate portals. Then we rank agents based on our proprietary algorithm that takes into consideration multiple variables as seen below:

The objective of the Top Lists is to find all those agents who have used social media well in their area, they don’t have anything to do with how many sales they generate or how long they’ve been in business.

Top lists in cities and states are launched 1 to 2 times per year.

Submit Your Profiles For Review

Here you can submit your profiles for consideration

We review every profile submitted but cannot guarantee inclusion in the list. We will let you know once we have reviewed your profile if you qualify

If you’ve already been in a top list, you don’t need to do anything, we’ll review your profiles again for the upcoming lists.
