What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

I I was inspired in my early 20’s to get into real estate because of my love of studying the market on a macro and micro level. My never give up attitude has been what has kept me in the game for the long haul.

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

My understanding of how marketing and technology has expanded to a new level.

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

Besides my deep understanding of the market. I will outwork anybody. When my clients call they get me on the phone and not an assistant. I’m very hands on.

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

Invest in myself further.
