What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?
My aunt is a realtor, so I was surrounded by the real estate industry since I was a child. I learned from my mistakes, sought advice when I needed it, and continued hustling until everything about my job came easy to me.
Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?
I have been helping people achieve their real estate goals in the most efficient and personalized manner possible for over 15 years.⠀
I offer unbeatable customer service and online marketing strategies that are the top in the industry. This confidence comes from a multitude of referrals over the years, and the fact that past clients keep coming back when they’re ready to make another real estate transaction.
Referrals have been imperative in order to help me expand my business to what it is today.
How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?
Social media has been an amazing resource for me! Marketing through social media is one of the most versatile and cost-effective strategies I’ve used to reach my target audience. On social media I am able to make authentic connections with my leads, rather than just delivering direct marketing messages. Most importantly, I come across as a relatable human being – I help people feel comfortable and in the right hands when it comes to making one of the biggest financial investments of their lives!
Did You Experience Failures? If So, What Did You Learn From Them?
Yes, we’ve all experienced failures! When you encounter failure, tackle it head on and learn from your mistakes. Realize that every idea that pops up in your mind isn’t going to work. Take the time to organize your thoughts after a failure and realize what you did wrong. Above all else, be willing to learn and grow. Anyone can succeed.
What do you consider the main differences between those people who have been successful in your industry and those who have failed?
I am constantly educating myself on modern marketing techniques in order to ensure my clients are equipped with the right tools they need!
I also try to be as relatable as possible to people, utilizing social media as best as I can!
Not all agents are successful with these things.
