What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?
My brother. He’s one of the top 5 Real Estate Attorneys in NJ. I’ve been in sales my whole life, and Real Estate came to me. I started processing in the field, and have since sold over $150,000,000 in Real Estate as a solo agent. I’m March 2020 mid pandemic, I opened a Real Estate Office in the heard of downtown Montclair to help other agents grow as well. I can confidently say the agents that join me double and triple their business. That’s what fuels me.
Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?
In 2017 I received my home inspection certification. This put me ahead of every single realtor in the game, simply because I can foresee any issues way before an offer, so that my clients don’t waste time, money, and a deal not closing. This made me known as a “no bullshit” Realtor that never sugarcoats anything.
What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?
Social Media. Period.
When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?
I leased my dream car (BMW M5 Competition) and didn’t cost me a dime. My rental properties cover a majority of my living expenses, including my life insurance, and my boy toys.
Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?
Nothing. Success is slow. Overnight successes end up not bieng long term. I am thankful for my slow but steady growth. It made me a better agent, and more importantly….a better person!
