What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

 

I flipped the first home I bought, and made a substantional return. It opened my eyes to how simple yet impactful real estate investing is.

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

 

My uniqueness to service and gratitude. I am not a real estate salesperson. I am a real estate advisor. I grown my business on providing excellent advice while being persistent in terms of service.

 


 

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

 

Representing buyers and sellers. I’ve grown my team to help with the increase in business, but kept my relationships with my clients on a personal level.

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

 

3 years into real estate I realized I was sussessful and would be. I double my income each year, three years in a row. By the end of the third year, I knew I would be successful.


 

Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?

 

I would have took more risks in terms of financial investment in my brand.

 


 

What should other real estate entrepreneurs reading this be focusing on to expand their own business?

 

Developing and fostering relationships. Word of mouth and referrals are still the keys to being successful.
