What inspired you to start in real estate and how did you motivate yourself to keep going?

 

Growing up in the real estate industry I watched my mom crush it, door knocking and sitting open houses on the weekends were my normal it was inevitable that I aspire to be like her and join her as your favorite mother/daughter team!

Comparing your business from back then to now, what has been the main thing that allowed you to expand your business?

 

Social media has grown my business 10 fold! It helps my clients relate to me and see me as a person. It also allows me to stay in touch and provide helpful quality tips.

 


 

What’s the most profitable aspect of your business, why do you think this is and how can others apply this to what they are doing?

 

I go out and get my business instead of waiting for it to come to me. Marketing all the time even when busy helps me to keep going.

 


 

When did you realize you were successful/made it and how did you feel/celebrate?

Growing from 12 deals a year to 80 was hard and now the last few years this is the new normal! We have yet to celebrate still growing we have big goals in mind.

 

Looking back, what could you have done sooner to get to that point quicker?

 

I wish I would have expanded my socials sooner as well as delegated earlier to free up more time doing what I love!

 


 

What should other real estate entrepreneurs reading this be focusing on to expand their own business?

 

Support your fellow agents, lift each other up and provide help when needed! You will get what you give this is true for any industry it doesn’t hurt to be kind!

 


 

How has social media and online marketing affected your real estate business? How much more success have you had now after implementing social media and online marketing efforts?

 

I would say I have grown 40% more business. From social media it’s a great source for leads that are free to me.

How did you become a good leader?

 

A good leader shows you hard work and determination I show people what I do instead of just talking about it!

 


 

Did You Experience Failures? If So, What Did You Learn From Them?

 

Paying for leads was a huge fail on our part. I learned that they were not loyal clients I could count on. My family friends and sphere I have built on social media is more reliable, relates to me and refers me for zero dollars.

 


 

What do you consider the main differences between those people who have been successful in your industry and those who have failed?

 

Doing what others will not do. Most intend to be successful but do not want to take the time to do so. When I tell people. How much time I spend doing profitable things to build my business they can not fathom taking the same amount of time. You only get out of something what you are willing to put in.

 


 

What’s Your Approach To Marketing?

 

I market myself by showing my everyday, sharing my home, life, family and also providing tips that help people. Providing value is important and I feel I’m doing that.
